We audit annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS – efficiently, soundly and in a customized manner in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. We work with digital tools but still value personal contact. Our mandates range from owner-managed SMEs to international corporate groups with complex consolidation requirements.
We also focus on the preparation of consolidated financial statements using standard software solutions and on reporting packages for foreign parent companies. In these cases you benefit from our expertise in the specific requirements of Chinese group structures, for example.
